Dr. Bill Winston, Spiritual Advisor and Religious Affairs

Dr. William (Bill) S. Winston is a visionary leader. He is founder and Pastor of Living Word Christian Center, a multi-cultural, non-denominational church with more than 20,000 members located in Forest Park, Illinois. The church has a broad range of ministries and related entities including Tuskegee Christian Center, a Bible Training Center, a School of Ministry and Missions, Living Word Christian Academy (a grade school from K-8th Grades), and Faith Ministries Alliance (FMA), an alliance of more than 350 churches and ministries across the U.S. and overseas under Dr. Winston's leadership.

Dr. Winston is also the founder of the Joseph Business School (JBS) and the Joseph Center for Business Development for entrepreneurs and business leaders. The JBS main campus is located in Forest Park, Illinois with twelve other affiliate campuses across the U.S. and internationally, including schools in London, England; Johannesburg, South Africa; Brazil; India; Belgium; and Dubai. The Joseph Business School also has an online E-Learning program.

Dr. Winston is also the founder of Bill Winston Ministries (BWM), a partnership-based outreach ministry that spreads the gospel through television, radio, Internet, and crusades. Through BWM, he hosts the Believer's Walk of Faith television and radio broadcast which reaches more than 760 million households nationwide and overseas. He is also the author of several books, including The Law of Confession, Transform Your Thinking, and Training For Reigning.

Dr. Winston’s ministry owns and operates two shopping malls, the 33-acre Forest Park Plaza in Forest Park, Illinois, and Washington Plaza in Tuskegee, Alabama (over 100,000 square foot), and Golden Eagle Aviation, a fixed base operation located at historic Moton Field in Tuskegee, where the famous Tuskegee Airmen trained.   He also is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Covenant Bancshares Inc., a bank-holding company for Covenant Bank.

Dr. Arikana Chihombori is the International Chair for African Union Diaspora Africa Forum, the first and only AU approved Mission in the world. She also Chairs the African Union African Diaspora Health Initiative. In this capacity, Dr. Chihombori is tasked with the responsibility of mobilizing African Diaspora Healthcare workers to assist in addressing the healthcare crisis in Africa.

Dr. Chihombori is a medical doctor and is Founder/CEO of Bell Family Medical Centers. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Ms. Gina Paige is the founder and President of GPG Strategic Resources, a New York consulting firm specializing in strategy development, new product development and project management. She has worked with, managed and improve the profitability of some of America’s most well-known consumer brands. The list of firms to which she has contributed her considerable talents includes Fortune 200 companies such as Sara Lee (from which she received two corporate distinctions) and Colgate-Palmolive.

Ambassador Erieka Bennett is the Convening Founder and Head of Mission of the African Diasporan Forum that will link Diasporan Africans and their talents to the development of Africa.

Ambassador Bennett’s strong love for the Africa Woman was given concrete expression when she was one of the creators of African Woman 2004 which produced the Abuja Accords, the historic document on the Aspirations of the African Woman which was developed at the first ever African Woman’s conference held in Abuja, Nigeria, March 2004.

Ambassador Bennett is a trusted Advisor to ECOWAS and she also served on the Advisory Counsel of the former President of Ghana. Dr. Bennett assists in providing guidance to the development of this progressive West African nation. Dr. Bennett has been an informal trusted Advisor to several Presidents. She was also at the forefront of the development of AGOA and was an advisor to the architects of NEPAD.

Economic development is at the forefront of her planning for Africa, Dr. Bennett served with distinction for two terms as the International Vice President of the African Business Roundtable, the oldest indigenous African Business Group on the Continent.

Dr. Crutcher is a Cross Cultural Mentoring Consultant. Her conceptual framework for cross-cultural mentoring, anchored in values, virtues and vision, began to crystallize as she worked in various higher education institutions to include: the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Guilford College, Cleveland Clinic, the University of Texas at Austin, Miami University, and currently at Wheaton College.

As a member of the Harvard Club, Dr. Crutcher plays an integral role in the Neiman Fellows Dinner program, exposing undergraduate students and faculty to a number of national and international journalists.

Dr. Crutcher recently graduated from the Cornell University Harold D. Craft Leadership Program -Building Teams and Leading Change.

Formerly with UNICEF for three decades plus, Ms. Muriel Glasgow was responsible for facilitating and integrating the participation and involvement of communities at the village level in UNICEF-assisted programs, specifically drinking water, hygiene and sanitation in various countries. The main thrust was to design, develop, and implement strategies at field level to influence UNICEF policies at national and international levels.

Ms. Glasgow worked very closely with communities as she travelled across the globe appreciating at first hand their culture, daily workloads, livelihoods and lifestyles and the impact of these on the socioeconomic conditions of families and young children, especially girls.

She is the Founder of STEM/ICUs, STEM Clubs for Kids which helps to shape the minds and mindsets of young children from birth to 6 years with possibilities and ways to release their innate creative instincts and guide them toward the vision of a better world.

An avid humanitarian, Ms. Glasgow is an Ambassador of Peace and United Nations Mentor.

Ms. Rosemary Jones is the Director of the Global Supplier Diversity Program at Turner Broadcasting System. In this capacity, she oversees the implementation of business processes that support enterprise-wide supplier diversity inclusion.

Ms. Jones manages minority business development relationships that result in improved supply chain and increased spending with diverse suppliers.

Prior to joining Turner Broadcasting, she worked for IBM Global Procurement where she focused on contracting logistics and technology consulting to minority and women owned enterprises.

Linda Lanton is an Attorney and an Executive Strategy, Finance and Transactions professional with a broad investment, strategy and planning background in a variety of industries including telecommunications, finance and healthcare.

Ms. Lanton has multi-business and equity portfolio management experience including acquisition, management, post-merger integration, alliance, monetization and divestitures. Additionally, as an attorney, she has a significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, commercial contracts and general corporate matters. Her reputation for driving top line revenue and earnings growth, reducing costs, improving core processes, and building a high performance culture have made her a success in the many industries in which she has operated. Ms. Lanton also has a strong marketing background including customer segmentation and product development, a deep knowledge of complex and diverse product and service distribution channels and wide exposure to international operations.

Mr. John Rosenthall

As president of the National Small Town Alliance, John Rosenthall has helped alleviate some of the environmental problems of small towns nationwide.

Mr. Rosenthall works directly with the U.S. Congress and the executive branch to help the federal government understand exactly how small communities really work. He also lobbies for federal grant money to help small towns lacking environmental regulation and responsibility.

John Rosenthall provides environmental counsel to government agencies, municipalities and Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He supports two non-profit organizations, the National Small Town Alliance (NSTA) and EJ Conference, Inc. (EJCI). NSTA represents the interests of small towns and rural communities before Congress and Federal agencies, establishes community technology centers and provides excess and surplus government computers to small towns and community groups across the country. Since 1999, in partnership with the Department of Energy and Tennessee State University, NSTA has donated more than 5000 computers to needy communities. EJCI plans and conducts a national conference on environmental justice each year in Washington, DC.
